Welcome to Rosie Disability Services - Your Compassionate NDIS Support Coordinators in Perth

At Rosie Disability Services, we’re here to make the NDIS journey in Western Australia simpler, clearer, and more empowering for you. Founded by a former Local Area Coordinator, our service was created to fill the gaps we saw firsthand—ensuring participants and families get the support they truly need to make the most of their plans.

We understand that the NDIS can feel complex and overwhelming at times. That’s where our expert Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches step in. We're here to help you understand your funding, build your capacity, and guide you through key milestones like plan reviews and service connections.

Our approach is a little different — Support Coordination was never designed to be a lifelong service for everyone. While we recognise that some participants may always require ongoing support, our focus is on a "graduating" approach. We celebrate every step toward independence, and when you or your family no longer need our help, it's a milestone we’ll proudly mark with you.

Whether you’re navigating the NDIS for the first time or looking for experienced guidance along the way, Rosie Disability Services is here to support, educate, and empower you.

What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is like having a helpful guide on your journey with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It's all about making the most of your supports and reaching your goals. A Support Coordinator’s role is to help you understand your NDIS Plan & how to use it to achieve your goals, connecting with services, NDIS providers, community groups, and government services that can support you along the way. Support Coordinators aim to build skills and confidence so you can coordinate your supports more effectively.

There are three levels of support coordination available:

Support Connection;

This helps you connect with different types of supports, whether they're informal, community-based, or funded through the NDIS.

Support Coordination;

This level helps you understand and use your NDIS plan better. You will work together to make sure you're getting the right mix of supports to help you live more independently and be part of your community through your NDIS, community and other government services.

Specialist Support Coordination;

If your situation is more complex, this level offers specialised support. A Specialist Support Coordinators requires specific experience and qualifications to help you manage challenges in your support environment and ensure you receive consistent service.

We'll tailor our support to meet your unique needs and help you succeed.
