We’re a passionate team dedicated to providing truly personalised support to both participants and providers across Western Australia. As a boutique provider, we pride ourselves on taking the time to understand each individual’s unique goals, challenges, and strengths —because we know that no two journeys through the NDIS are the same.

We support participants to navigate the NDIS with confidence—from accessing the scheme for the first time to preparing for plan reviews and making the most of their funding. Our Support Coordination services are tailored, hands-on, and responsive, ensuring participants feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

With a strong foundation in disability support, combined with expert knowledge of the NDIS and real-world sector experience, we strive to Challenge Your Limits and help you engage with the scheme in a way that’s clear, achievable, and sustainable.

Whether you're a participant seeking guidance, a family member looking for answers, or a provider wanting to better understand the system—we're here to walk beside you.

Who We Are

The Rosie Difference

As an independent Support Coordination provider, we offer a range of services tailored to your needs. Whether you require Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

But that's not all – we go above and beyond. Unlike other providers, our services aren't tied to a specific level of funding. Even if you're on the NDIS without funding for support coordination, we're still here to assist you. We prioritise your outcomes, not your funding.

With Rosie Disability Services, you'll have a dedicated partner by your side, ensuring you understand your NDIS plan, funding, and reviews. We empower you to advocate for yourself, speak up, and get the support you deserve.

Meet The Team

Emily Lennox & Trey Miles

Emily

Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedical Science and began her career within mental health and emergency services across Perth, WA, including 000 emergency response. She later transitioned into the disability sector as a Local Area Coordinator and NDIS Planner before working as a Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

Through her experience across emergency services and the NDIS, Emily developed a strong passion for advocacy, mental health, and empowering people living with disability and complex needs.

Trey

Trey brings both professional knowledge and valuable lived experience to Rosie Disability Services. Living with a neurological condition and chronic back issues has given him firsthand understanding of the challenges people can face when navigating supports, advocating for themselves, and maintaining independence.

Trey is passionate about building genuine connections with participants and supporting people with empathy, respect, and honesty. His calm and approachable nature helps participants feel comfortable, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.

Why Rosie Disability Services Was Founded

Rosie Disability Services was founded after Emily and Trey recognised a growing need for more genuine, person-centred support within the disability sector.

Through both professional and lived experience, they saw too many vulnerable people being treated as billable hours rather than individuals deserving of quality support, advocacy, and meaningful connection.

Rosie Disability Services was created to do things differently — placing people first, always.
