Who We Are

We’re a passionate team dedicated to providing truly personalised support to both participants and providers across Western Australia. As a boutique provider, we pride ourselves on taking the time to understand each individual’s unique goals, challenges, and strengths —because we know that no two journeys through the NDIS are the same.

We support participants to navigate the NDIS with confidence—from accessing the scheme for the first time to preparing for plan reviews and making the most of their funding. Our Support Coordination services are tailored, hands-on, and responsive, ensuring participants feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

With a strong foundation in disability support, combined with expert knowledge of the NDIS and real-world sector experience, we strive to Challenge Your Limits and help you engage with the scheme in a way that’s clear, achievable, and sustainable.

Whether you're a participant seeking guidance, a family member looking for answers, or a provider wanting to better understand the system—we're here to walk beside you.

The Rosie Difference

As an independent Support Coordination provider, we offer a range of services tailored to your needs. Whether you require Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

But that's not all – we go above and beyond. Unlike other providers, our services aren't tied to a specific level of funding. Even if you're on the NDIS without funding for support coordination, we're still here to assist you. We prioritise your outcomes, not your funding.

With Rosie Disability Services, you'll have a dedicated partner by your side, ensuring you understand your NDIS plan, funding, and reviews. We empower you to advocate for yourself, speak up, and get the support you deserve.

Meet The Team

Director, Support Coordinator, Psychosocial Recovery Coach & Trainer

Emily founded Rosie Disability Services in response to a growing need for better guidance, education, and advocacy across the disability sector—for providers, participants, and caregivers alike.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedical Science, Emily began her career as a Mental Health Paramedic before moving into 000 emergency services in Perth, WA. These frontline roles equipped her with extensive experience in crisis intervention, managing both medical and mental health emergencies with compassion and clarity under pressure.

Her journey into the disability sector began as a Local Area Coordinator, specialising as an NDIS Planner. Through this roles, Emily saw firsthand the widespread confusion and inconsistent support faced by participants and providers navigating the NDIS. This insight sparked a deep commitment to doing things differently.

Transitioning into community-based work, Emily went on to support individuals as a Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. These roles solidified her reputation for delivering person-centered, outcome-driven support grounded in empathy, advocacy, and real-world experience.

Emily’s passion lies in championing the holistic health and wellbeing of people living with disability, chronic illness, and mental health challenges. Her leadership of Rosie Disability Services is guided by her vision to create a more informed, empowered, and connected community.
