Ana holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Education from Spain and has experience working across the disability, mental health, education, and youth sectors in both the UK and Australia. Her background includes supporting children and adults with disabilities, working with young people at risk of homelessness, and providing emotional and practical support to individuals navigating complex life challenges.
Originally from Spain, Ana brings a warm, calm, and compassionate approach to her work. She is passionate about building genuine connections and creating supportive environments where people feel safe, heard, and respected. Through her experience in schools, supported accommodation services & disability support roles, Ana has developed a strong understanding of the importance of trust, consistency, and person-centred support.
Having lived and worked in different countries, Ana understands how overwhelming systems and life transitions can sometimes feel. She enjoys working alongside participants and their families to help make things feel more manageable, empowering people to feel confident, supported, and connected to the right services and opportunities.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys practising yoga, spending time in nature and by the beach, and sharing a good cup of tea with friends.
