Taran brings a unique combination of practical leadership experience and allied health knowledge to his role as a Support Coordinator. Alongside several years of experience leading teams, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, he has completed a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance, giving him valuable insight into person-centred care, working alongside allied health professionals, and supporting people to achieve their individual goals.
Passionate about helping others, Taran is committed to empowering participants to navigate the NDIS with confidence, understand their options, and access the supports that best suit their needs. Drawing on his allied health training, he understands the importance of listening to each person's unique circumstances, promoting independence, and working collaboratively with participants, families, therapists, and service providers to achieve meaningful outcomes. Known for his approachable nature, reliability, and calm, solutions-focused mindset, Taran takes pride in building genuine relationships based on trust and respect, ensuring every participant feels heard, informed, and empowered throughout their NDIS journey.
Outside of work, Taran enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and getting outdoors.
