Rose is an experienced Community Services professional with over 18 years’ dedicated experience in the sector. Her career includes working as an NDIS Plan Manager, where she supported participants to navigate their plans and work towards achieving their individual goals. Rose is deeply passionate about access and opportunity for all participants, ensuring they feel empowered, included, and supported.

Known for being fun, compassionate, and professional, Rose brings a genuine people-first approach to everything she does. She has extensive experience working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities and is committed to fostering inclusion, understanding, and respectful collaboration across diverse backgrounds.

Rose strives to make a meaningful and positive difference in the lives of individuals and the wider community every day.

Outside of her professional life, Rose enjoys spending time in nature, exploring the outdoors, listening to music, and playing golf.
