🚨 NDIS Update: Introducing the New NDIS Service Hub
At Rosie Disability Services, we’re always excited to share updates that make life just that little bit easier for participants and families navigating the NDIS.
The latest NDIS newsletter (10 July 2025) brings some wonderful news—introducing the NDIS Service Hub, a new way for participants, nominees, and providers to connect with the NDIA online.
🌟 What is the NDIS Service Hub?
The NDIS Service Hub is a new online platform designed to make submitting enquiries simpler, quicker, and more secure. Instead of waiting on hold or sending multiple emails, you can now:
âś… Submit general enquiries online
📂 Upload important documents—perfect for things like upcoming plan reviews
🔍 View your enquiry history
📱 Track the progress of your enquiry from start to finish
And the best part? You can access it in whatever way suits you best:
🖥️ Via the NDIS website
📱 On the my NDIS mobile app
đź’» Or through the my NDIS portal
This is a big step forward in giving participants more choice and control when communicating with the NDIS.
🌸 Our Tip: If you’re gathering evidence for a plan review or have a general question for the NDIA, the Service Hub can help you send it through directly—saving you time and giving you peace of mind.
📌 Other Key Updates You Should Know
📝 Keeping Evidence for NDIS Claims
For self-managed participants, the NDIA has reminded everyone how important it is to hold onto:
Invoices and receipts from providers
Bank statements
Other proof of purchase
This ensures payments are processed correctly and helps avoid any hiccups with your plan. The NDIA’s support lists also give clear guidance on what can and can’t be purchased with NDIS funding.
👩‍👩‍👦 Updates for Authorised Representatives
Plan nominees and child representatives—take note! You now need to log in using:
Your own myGov account (linked to your NDIS account)
Not the participant’s account
If your accounts aren’t set up correctly, you’ll see an error when trying to log in. This change helps keep participant details safe and secure.
đź’° Annual Plan Indexation
From 1 July 2025, participant plans have been updated to reflect changes in the cost of supports and services (as outlined in the 2025-26 NDIS Price Guide).
You might notice an increase in your plan budget. For any questions, call:

📞 Providers Contact Centre: 1300 311 675
đź’¬ Why This Matters
The NDIS Service Hub is a small but powerful change that helps participants take more control and simplifies how we all interact with the NDIS.
At Rosie Disability Services, we’ll continue supporting you through these changes, whether that’s helping you prepare evidence for a plan review or answering questions about these updates.
